Getting to Pensacola to dive Oriskany
Drive or fly? Or both!
Drive to Pensacola
Since Pensacola is in the Florida Panhandle the drive here is not as bad as to other more well known dive places in Florida. It may also save you money if you are a few to share the cost of gas and the tedious driving, and you can for sure bring all your favorite diving gear including those nice steel tanks.
Work your way down to:
Atlanta, GA or Nashville, TN or Dallas, TX
then on towards Mobile, AL, and we are just 55 miles South East along I10.
It's 1400 miles (22hours) from Boston, 900 miles (14 hours) from Chicago, and 1550 miles (24 hours) from Denver.

Fly to Pensacola
The most obvious way to get here is to fly. The regional airport has the airport code PNS. If you like to use your frequent flyer miles these are the airlines that fly into PNS:
- AirTran Airways, 1-800-AIR-TRAN (1-800-247-8726)
- American Airlines, 1-800-433-7300
- Continental Airlines, 1-800-523-FARE (1-800-523-3273)
- Delta, 1-800-221-1212
- North West Airlines, 1-800-225-2525
- US Airways, 1-800-428-4322

Fly and drive!
Since we only have a regional airport here in Pensacola you might get a better deal on air travel flying into a large airport hub like Atlanta and then drive from there. This may especially be the case for overseas travelers since non US airlines may have direct flights to a larger airport which are cheap but the connection with a US partner airline may kill the deal.
